As a mother to two little girls, I want to teach them to worry less about fitting into glass slippers and more about shattering glass ceilings. What better way to spend my #internationalwomensday morning talking to Mums to be and the birth partners about hypnobirthing and empowering them as they prepare for labour. I love nothing more than supporting other women through this journey. @mamasandpapas thank you for having me again. Here’s to strong women, may we be them, may we support them, may we raise them.
