Hypnobirthing Baby

If I do hypnobirthing during pregnancy, does the baby benefit from it too?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ YES!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My girls have always been very calm as babies, and I often wondered was it due to being born in water. I think that has a part to play but there is enough anecdotal evidence to suggest that baby’s born to mothers who practice hypnobirthing can make a difference and lead to a calmer more at ease baby. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HOW? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Many leading researchers and birth professionals agree that the environment in utero is more important to the health and well being of a child than the environment at any other time in their life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the most significant studies was carried out by Professor Glover. Women underwent short periods of relaxation each day and the findings showed that this decreased maternal anxiety, decreased their heart rate and decreased the levels of cortisol in their blood, all of which are great for the woman’s baby. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I guess you won’t know until you go, but take it from me, hypnobirthing can and will change your birth experience. It is simple, logical, practical and very very effective. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Book your space today. Link in bio 👆🏻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love this photo of my girls.
