So excited about this. Today I did an event with @mamasandpapas and spoke to lots of expectant couples about hypnobirthing and how it can impact their birth experience.
To top it all off one of my previous couples came to surprise me and I got to meet their little bundle of joy. I even got to enjoy some newborn cuddles. 💖
I’ll be back there again tomorrow morning so looking forward to meeting those who are due to attend.
