Isn’t this the truth 🙌🏻. It’s been a long time to get to this but being a hypnobirthing practitioner and getting to teach couples before they welcome their bundle of joy into the world is the most rewarding job. Preparing them for what’s ahead by giving them the knowledge, confidence and power to make the choices which are right for them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ No matter how busy my day is, I always look forward to some down time in the evenings reading whatever I can get my hands on that is birth or pregnancy related. I could be anywhere, on a bus, train, in a supermarket, anywhere, talk to me about pregnancy and we could be there all day 🤪💬⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you have any questions or want to know more about hypnobirthing please feel free to reach out to me.
