Upright, forward, open (legs) and hypnobirthing allows the process of birth in the most efficient and helpful way for mother and baby. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One size does not fit all when it comes to our own unique body and birth is no different.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What works for one woman another will absolutely hate.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But each and every one of us can find (at least) one upright position we feel the most comfortable at that given time.
